Postage and returns policy
By consenting to the terms of service you hereby understand that the items you are ordering are hand made, made to order items that are created specifically for your order. These items take time to create, and are typically completed between 2-6 weeks after your order is placed. We will be in touch if your order will take longer than this.
From time to time, we may not have quite enough of the fabric that you have chosen for your order. If this happens we will contact you as soon as we can to discuss options. These options will include but not limited to – a full refund, an alternative fabric or an alternative garment.
All items have a care label with washing instructions, please follow these for the longevity of your items.
Check all items regularly for signs of wear and tear especially snap fastenings due to choking hazard risks.
Clothing is not designed to be worn as sleepwear and bibs should not to be worn when unsupervised.
The Ci in Ti Fi Ci, is Welsh for dog. We have two spaniels. All fabrics and orders are kept away from our dogs and we do our best to ensure that orders are free of dog hair, but the odd stray one can end up being posted to you, it can be a bit like glitter!
Postage – Items are sent with the Royal Mail, Signed for Second Class service as standard. Once processed, items usually take between 2-3 days to arrive at their destination in U.K. These timescales are estimates and the postal service can take longer from time to time. It is Royal Mail’s policy to sometimes leave packages with a neighbour should you be out when delivery is attempted, they may also leave it in a safe place or return to the sorting office. Currently, the postie is signing on your behalf. As standard, items are sent out in fully recyclable packaging. If your order is for multiple items I may reuse packaging that I receive my supplies in, in order to reduce waste.
Returns – If you receive a made to order item from us that is incorrect or faulty you may Contact Us within 30 days of receiving your item, with your order number and we will be happy to assist you in an exchange or refund. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. As our items are made to order we are unable to offer a refund for any other reason.
